This multi-shaft (multi-arbor) wheel polishing machine is used in the mass-finishing and light polishing or deburring of rims and wheels from the 13” diameter range to a maximum diameter of 22” with a 40-kg (88-pounds) total payload on the tilting, articulating/cambering arms. This is an aggressive, wet-abrasive removal process using media and compound in a custom-formatted mixture tailored to your companies process needs. This particular machine is a demo machine and reflects minimal usage. New, these machines cost $175,000.000 not including many of the options that are included on this particular machine.

Condition: This machine was completed in June 2002 on the and delivered 7/30/02 for installation by DC Machine Co at Vibrafinish in Simi Valley, Calif. where it served as a demo unit for the sale of multiple local machines. The work hours on this are less than, 200 hours since installing. Its in used condition with some minor cosmetic flaw. Please refer to pictures for cosmetic condition. The large bowl-tank holds about 1500-pounds of abrasive ceramic media and requires a 55-gallon drum of compound to be used- this specific machine has a compound pre-mix upgrade which will pre-make your compound in any fully adjustable formula & any adjustable injection rate required (Ratio is approximately 1:5 Compound to Water- RI Rust Inhibitor is available in addition if your material requires additional protection against its porous properties and oxidizing potential.)

This will require the services of a rigger to load these items onto a flatbed or step-deck air-ride freight truck. Epic CNC is happy to assist you in all processes of the purchasing procedure. Our company has SEVERAL competitive and capable trucking outfits that will be happy to work directly with us to arrange the pick-up, transport and delivery of this machine directly to you or to your receiving riggers facility. We have had a local rigger quote this loading at $950.00. Loading charges are required and will be billed upon the purchase of the machine. Thats what has keep this Korean based company in business and making equipment since about 1982 (30-years)! The machine originally came with a 1-year manufacturers warranty that covered the machine and its components without charge.
